Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Deposit/ Payment : A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot (deposit vary based on service). Remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY. No Zelle, Apple Pay or Debit/Credit Grace Period: 10 minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled & deposit forfeited. Cancellations: All cancellations need to be made 12 hours before your appointment. same day cancellations will incur a 15% charge. Reschedules: You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice. Deposit will transfer. Same day rescheduling deposit will be forfeited. Hair Orders: Hair is available for online purchase. I do not carry hair on hand unless stated otherwise. If you will like hair provided for service let me know a week in advance. Shipping takes takes 2-3 business days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING HAIR ON SUNDAYS OR MONDAYS. NO EXTRA GUESTS OR PETS NO ADD ONS THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED!!
